The President and the Executive Committee of ARA
would like to express their deep gratitude and thanks to ARA Honorary Member Prof. Dr. Ing. Teodor Maghiar,
Rector of the University of Oradea, Romania, the Local Organizing Committee, in general, and
Drs. Ioan Tepelea and Cornel Antal in particular, and the Sponsors of the 27th Annual ARA
Congress for their meticulous planning, organization and coordination as well as the warm welcome and
assistance that was offered to all the guests and the participants alike making the event a wonderful success.

ARA Members who do not plan to attend the Congress at Oradea, Romania, may still voice their
opinion on matters that will be discussed at Oradea by sending the ARA proxy to Dr. Ioan Tepelea,
Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee, or by giving it to another member of their choice who
is attending the congress and can represent them. The ARA proxy is now available on the web.
